Pathfinder Advisory was founded by Adel Jrad, a career naval officer and international liaison with more than 26 years of experience in defense, maritime operations, crisis management, and international cooperation. Drawing from a career at the highest levels of command in the Tunisian Navy and United Nations peacekeeping, Pathfinder Advisory provides strategic guidance, training, and advisory services to governments, organizations, and institutions navigating today’s complex global challenges.
